Two men have been charged related to a luggage theft where a substance thought to be irritant spray led to people being hurt at London's Heathrow Airport.
Tyrone Richards, 31, and Anton Clarke-Butcher, 24, now face two counts of robbery and two counts of using a harmful chemical, according to official statements.
The charges follow an investigation into an attack at the parking structure at Terminal 3 on Sunday. Earlier that day, two women were robbed of their suitcases taken after exiting a parking garage elevator, according to law enforcement.
A young child was caught up in the incident during the incident. Five people went to hospital for treatment and were subsequently released.
The incident – which authorities stated was isolated and not considered a terror-related act – led to train delays and the temporary blocking of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the T3 parking area for a short time.
